What you describe resonates so much with me. How much resilience you must have to deal with your situation! I can't begin to imagine how I would manage under similar circumstances.
Thank you for your beautiful, brilliant words of Torah, as always, Rabbi Moshe! I know a particular young man with the initials SA who would be thrilled by a Star Wars Jewish text written by you!
I look forward to reading your Cancer Bible and discussing it with you (in person or virtual) in good health. Sadly, just that one; Harry Potter is my kids (and grandkids) thing but not mine.
It was wonderful to see you a few weeks back, and it will be especially wonderful to add your new anticipated publications to the Rosenberg shelf in the Frankel library. I’ve missed my Star Trek Rebbe and it will be good to have him back …
It was so good to hear from you after a long time. Looking forward to the book. I can empathize a bit. I've been dealing with a health condition for the past 16 years and multiple surgeries n hospital stays. Lot of soul searching and trying to understand my own feelings while reconciling them with my beliefs. Loss, small victories, constant anxiety, periods of despair and equally or more periods of numbness. Rollercoaster of emotions.
While i never got on the Star Trek train or the Harry Potter horse, i remain a Huuuuuuge fan of you Rabbi Moshe:) I pray for you have a REFUAH SHLEIMAH !!!! And to keep giving birth to all these highly intelligent and SO creative babies!!!
You are a model for me of the overflowing love that needs to be at the root of teaching and all of our relationships.
What a blessing to be included in your amazing family!
Hoping to see you soon at your special simcha!
Having a reader like you will be an honor. Keep writing your beautiful columns on TOA.
